The Haina Conference and the 2025 "Data Factor ×" Competition Shanghai division will officially launch in Putuo District on April 17. 

The event will share the latest innovative achievements and practical experiences, jointly explore innovative applications and development prospects of data elements, and inject new momentum for Haina Town in Putuo District to build "the most digitally innovative and dynamic area."

The Haina Conference aims to create a "Haina Co-creation Ecosystem" that brings together diverse forces including enterprises, universities, and research institutions to form an innovative community with deep integration of government, industry, academia, and research. This will provide a "Shanghai Solution" for the application of data elements in the Yangtze River Delta region and nationwide.

The opening ceremony will simultaneously launch the 2025 "Data Factor ×" Competition Shanghai division, calling for data development and utilization solutions that demonstrate significant application results, strong innovation, and outstanding leading effects.

The conference will also release multiple data solutions including "Digital Earth," "828 Data Port," "Data Cooperation Mechanism along the Shanghai-Nanjing Industrial Innovation Belt," and "Haina Digital Innovation Community and Haina Digital Innovation Camp." These initiatives will deepen cross-regional and cross-domain collaborative innovation of data elements and accelerate the transformation of technological achievements.
