From September 25 to 27, the "Suzhou Creek Night" series of events, part of the fourth "Half Marathon Suzhou Creek" Cultural Tourism Festival, took place at the Suzhou Creek Industrial Civilization Museum.

Over three consecutive days, a variety of innovative and in-depth nighttime activities were held to deeply explore and showcase the rich historical and cultural heritage along the Suzhou Creek.

Officials from the Putuo District Culture and Tourism Bureau said that the "Suzhou Creek Night" series not only represents an innovative initiative for nighttime museum openings but also actively explores and practices the new integration of culture and tourism.

As the opening act of the series, the "Suzhou Creek Civilization: A Century of Enamel" was held on the second-floor terrace of the museum. Attendees participated in enamel painting experiences on-site, appreciating the unique charm of enamel and the craftsmanship of Shanghai manufacturers.

On the evening of the 26, the "Suzhou Creek National Music Show" took place on the lawn of the museum. Under romantic lighting, young traditional musicians showcased their exquisite skills and passionate enthusiasm, bringing out the full charm of traditional instruments such as the erhu, bamboo flute, zither and pipa.

On the evening of the 27, the "Handmade Coffee Tasting" session began. A national certified coffee instructor shared the "life journey of coffee from seed to cup" with coffee enthusiasts. The presentation covered topics from the origins of coffee, producing regions and bean selection, to comparisons and tastings of different brewing methods. In the DIY hand-brewed coffee experience, each participant personally brewed a cup of their own unique coffee.
