Putuo District showcased the regional cultural and creative industry development in four main themes including digital advertising, film and television, games and eSports and creative design at the 4th Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries Expo which concluded on Sunday. 

The theme of the Putuo District booth, covering an area of over 200 square meters, is "Half Marathon Suzhou Creek, charmful Putuo." 

Visitors can start from the Shanghai Digital Advertising Park to play games at the Poker City, learn about the industry layout of Shanghai Universal Software Park, enjoy the latest film and television works from Shanghai Stellar Film and Television Media Co Ltd and finally taste a cup of freshly brewed coffee at Shanghai Maratti Furniture Co Ltd. 

Putuo District displayed a large number of works and projects with high quality at this year's expo, fully demonstrating the development potential and innovation strength of the cultural industry in Putuo. 

In the first half of 2023, the operating income of cultural and creative industries in the whole district exceeded 27.5 billion yuan (US$3.84 billion), a year-on-year increase of 15.5 percent.
