The 2023 Suzhou Creek Forum will be held on September 22 at the Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Center of International Sourcing. 

The forum, with the theme of construction of Wuning innovation community, aims at proposing ideas and suggestions for the construction of the Wuning innovation community in Putuo District and providing reference for government decision-making. 

The forum will include a survey report, announcement of achievements and keynote speeches.

Since 2007, Putuo District has held the Suzhou Creek Forum every year. 

The forum has expanded from the initial exploration and heritage of Suzhou Creek's cultural resources to various fields of economic and social development and has achieved tangible results in exploring and inheriting Suzhou Creek's historical culture and promoting development along the river.
