A comprehensive senior community has been added to the Taopu Smart City and is expected to officially open in the middle of next year. 

As the first senior support service within Taopu Smart City, the Guohua Nursing Center covers an area of about 41,000 square meters with an investment of more than 700 million yuan (US$95.50 million). 

It includes 267 independent elderly apartments, 96 nursing beds, a healthcare club of over 3,000 square meters, and a 1,000-square-meter service center for the elderly. 

The apartment section has recently completed the structural work and the basic construction of the healthcare club is also completed. It is expected that the healthcare club and apartment model rooms will open soon. The entire project is expected to officially open in the middle of next year. 

The construction of Guohua Nursing Center is a new impetus for the development of the life and health industry, which is crucial for the overall development of Taopu Smart City. 

In the future, it will become a new highland for elderly care services in Putuo District, adding strong impetus to the development of the regional life and health industry.
