The Shanghai Citizen Vertical Climbing Competition, a part of the Shanghai Urban Amateur League, was held at the Global Harbor on Saturday. 

The competition featured a race in two towers, using chip timing and offering two groups – individual and team. In the individual group, climbers ascended the B-tower of the Global Harbor while in the team group, four people competed together and ascended the A-tower. 

More than 300 athletes from all walks of life participated in the event. 

At the outdoor plaza of the Global Harbor, over 1,000 citizens participated in the Decathlon Cup cycling event. 

In addition, many participants gathered for the second-hand bicycle trading market and clothing recycling activities.
