The opening of eHi Car Service’s headquarters marked the completion of yet another iconic landmark in Shanghai’s western gateway, T-Center.
Designed by the globally acclaimed architecture firm, Gensler, the “new twin towers” in Putuo District are a result of the partnership between Putuo and CITIC Pacific Real Estate, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortune 500 company CITIC Group.
Located between the Inner and Middle Ring Roads and above Metro Line 15, the project spans a total gross floor area of approximately 385,000 square meters. Its interior boasts a green and intelligent design, along with advanced operational concepts that set a high standard to attract high-quality enterprises.
Creative design elements on the building exteriors, including flower planting ponds, cherry blossom and ginkgo tree arrays, create a unique and attractive aesthetic.
Moreover, the complex offers a range of supporting services for its office towers, including financial services, white-collar restaurants, fitness centers, and even a shared “city living room” spanning over 1,000 square meters, catering to the diverse needs of different types of enterprises.
The T-Center mall is expected to open in the middle of this year. In the future, as more and more leading companies and anchor brands move into it, T-Center will bring a strong new impetus to drive the diversified development of Putuo.
