The brand launch and anchor shop signing ceremony for the Shanghai T Center TOD commercial complex was held recently. The mall is expected to officially open in late July this year.

About eight major anchor brand tenants, seven major brands’ first shops, as well as social theme spaces will be presented to the public.

With a volume of 385,000 square meters, the project will radiate 300,000 permanent residents and 50,000 office workers within a 1-kilometer radius. The two Grade A office towers, approximately 180 meters high, point straight up to the sky.

The Shanghai T Center TOD commercial complex is jointly developed by Putuo District and CITIC Pacific Real Estate, a Fortune 500 central enterprise. In the future, the project will become a commercial center integrating regional innovation plus an immersive experience of consumption for visitors.

With its differentiated positioning, it will upgrade urban development while reinventing a new scenario that covers work-life balance.
