Residents play badminton at Putuo Sports Center on Friday when it opened to the public for the first time after the Chinese New Year holiday. The center has assigned six persons to patrol the whole center in order to remind visitors to keep social distance amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Visitors need to submit their Shanghai health code, have body temperature checked and sign a letter of commitment before entering. All the public spaces inside are sanitized once every two hours to keep them clean and safe. Basketball and soccer fans need to make reservations beforehand though the swimming pool is yet to open.
