A signing ceremony was held recently in Zhenru, Putuo’s sub city center, wherein nine key enterprises, mainly in the cultural and sci-tech centers, agreed to settle in the area.
The partners include Ziyuan Cultural Innovation, which develops relevant products for the Palace Museum and plans to build an IP design and trade center in the district, Focus Media, National Youth Orchestra of China and Kuanhe Investment.
“The grand opening in Zhenru is a significant move for Putuo’s marketing effort,” said Jiang Dongdong, the district director.
Zhenru has been upgrading its construction over the past decade; it now features modern architectures as well as the historic Zhenru Temple that is more than 1,000 years old. It aims to become a base for cultural and commercial enterprises as part of the Yangtze River Delta integration process.
